If you are staying in our main ski resorts and you book your ski or board hire and lift passes with us, then you can benefit from our ‘Get On the Snow’ service which is designed to help you get on the snow faster.
Our iGO SKI hosts and reps will be on hand from the moment you arrive (and on the transfer coach) to answer any questions you may have. Once in resort our reps will deliver your lift pass straight to you, in time for your first day skiing. Even if you arrive at a Sunday lunchtime and you’re keen to get on the snow quickly, we can have your lift pass ready and waiting for your arrival;. We’ll also fast-track you through our partner ski and board hire shops, as best we can.
Our ‘On the Snow’ reps will not only help you to get onto the mountain faster when you arrive, but they’ll be on hand throughout your stay to help you with any queries too. They’ll help with any equipment changes or lift pass problems and assist you with your ski and board lessons.
All this is made easier when we use our specially selected partners in resort to supply equipment and lessons. Our help in resort can be invaluable to you, especially when you‘re time-pressed, because after all some things are never as easy as they first appear.
