Staff were all exemplary, from child care to reception, bar staff and waiting staff including management.

We had the most amazing stay at the hotel Philibert! The place is gorgeous and we felt so welcome. Special mention to Andrew and Kinger who were so lovely and genuinely seemed interested in getting to know everyone in the hotel. Thanks to the chef for getting gluten free pain au chocolate and croissants, what a lovely treat for breakfast! The pool area was lovely after a busy day in the mountains. Thank you for the most wonderful holiday.

Absolutely fantastic! Thank you for an amazing holiday! Rebecca was super helpful when our flight was delayed and arranged a late night check-in. All the staff are so nice.

It was hard to orientate yourself at the start of the holiday so a good resort map with key locations of would be helpful! The staff were all excellent and helpful but it was hard to see their name badges (the names could be a bit larger!!). The only real set back was the bus to the Lake Montriond for our paddle boarding as it was a mini bus and was unable to take everyone to the lake leading to a long wait in the heat for the next bus! All in all though a fabulous holiday!

Hi, we had an amazing time thanks so much! We particularly enjoyed the support from your friendly staff, they were knowledgable, approachable, and engaging. Some suggestions. Some of the specifics of travel arrangements between places in town were a bit tricky to interpret, an idiots guide to get to eg Lac Montriond, kids club, with times, bus stops (including side of road!) etc would really helpful! Would it be possible to do a hotel shuttle to big group activities eg white water rafting? The family fun day would benefit from starting later eg 10.30-12, with a more specific meeting point. We are sorry we missed this – we cycled there but arrived late and then couldn’t find everyone.
