We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Chalet Delphine. The accommodation was perfect for our family group. 12 people would have been very comfortable in there. Ellen and Max looked after us so well, making lovely meals, amazing cakes and keeping the chalet absolutely immaculate. They were very friendly but quite unobtrusive which meant that we could really relax and enjoy being looked after… We enjoyed all the activities very much and also appreciated George, our active reps, help with booking other things.

We had an amazing time – everything was perfect (apart from a bit of rain, and the local outdoor pool opening the day we left, lol). ..Do I get commission/discounts for recommending others to your company? Thanks for a lovely holiday! All the staff were lovely. Andrew and Kinga who served dinner were great, really friendly. The quiz night was good fun too.

Perfect holiday Pete and Rachel were absolutely superb, chalet was lovely, food was excellent. Our activities rep was very helpful and the activities were well organised. The bike mechanics were also brilliant. I would recommend this holiday to anyone and would definitely book again.

First time with Alpine Elements, would totally recommend to family and friends and have already done this. Food and catering staff were amazing, quality of food was excellent. Complimentary wine was a really nice touch. Some slight communication difficulty with activities but have taken into consideration is was the first week. Call before our trip was really helpful from Ea and booking activities ahead of arriving. All staff have been really helpful and friendly, thank you.

We had a fabulous week in Chalet Austin with Joe (our chalet host), Barbara (supervisor) and George (activity rep) the communication prior to arrival was great, the transfers seemless and we all (family of 8- 3 different generations) have made some wonderful memories. Thank you ⭐,️,⭐,️,⭐,️,⭐,️,⭐,️,.. I have recommended Alpine Elements before- we stayed in a hotel in Tignes in 2022 with my sister and her teenagers which was also a fantastic experience.

We were so well looked after by Amber and Chloe! Also Charlie was very good in the office pre trip.

The holiday was fabulous. The food was excellent on the whole. Overall excellent holiday, super hotel, fabulous and friendly staff.
