Ellena and Max at chalet Delphine were amazing 10/10. Super friendly and attentive to our needs. Made our holiday… George our rep was knowledgeable helpful and called daily to see if we needed anything. He took the stress out of our holiday as a large group. We will hopefully be up.

The Holiday was great. The Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. After injury I was offered a room on the ground floor which was a nice touch. Being only two options for each meal might seem limited for choice but the food was all excellent and I was never left hungry even after a full day on the mountain. I would have liked access to the ski store to dry wet clothes but we were lucky with the weather. ….We had room 11 which was quite small but the balcony was big. The location of the hotel was excellent, being next door to the main lift out of town and only a few minutes walk to the village centre.

None, all great. Really appreciated the transfer waiting for our flight which was slightly delayed followed by a long queue through passport control.

We had a fab week at the Hotel Hermine Blanche. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do more to help. The food was fabulous each evening and every day was a different cake. The activities were all very well organised and enjoyable (except the high ropes for me as I’m afraid of heights and once you’re on, you can’t get out of it!! But that’s my fault for going in the first place). We loved being in the Alps and would recommend it to anyone.

The accommodation, food and facilities are well matched to the type of holiday and holiday goers. The variety of food options and quality of cooking and presentation was excellent. We availed of the packed lunch option because it is economical and meant that we were able to maximise our time on activities. The staff were all very helpful and courteous, and shared a keen interest in the surrounding mountains and activity options. A well managed package.

Michaela and the team were excellent. We had quite a demanding member of our group who sometimes wanted dairy free and other times vegan food. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble and the team dealt with him and the rest of us very kindly and professionally. I broke my collar bone during the trip which made it difficult getting in and out of the bunk bed I was in. The hotel manager moved me to my own room which was very kind and helped hugely with the pain. I am very grateful. We all had a fantastic week and would definitely recommend you to friends and family. Thank you.

Loved our holiday. Activities and schedule fab. Food very good. Slightly misleading the free lift pass did not include bikes on our first day however. Great hotel had tennis racquets we could use. Activities with similar aged families which suited great

Andrew was fantastic. Ea was fantastic. Other staff were mostly very good too, though some waiting staff could have been more attentive…..Some of the food was truly excellent. More vegetables for the kids menu option would be a good idea…..It would have been good to know in advance that the kids club would be based at a different hotel to the one we were staying at. Had we known I expect we would have booked that one instead…..We loved our alpine elements holiday and hope to return next year. Thank you!
