Grace was a fantastic host. Always smiling, positive and really helpful. The food was excellent every day. Great holiday and precious quality time with son.

Great time, great chalet. Food really good, Chalet girls altered menu for the kids as they were fussy. Hot breakfast not really eaten, continental was preferred by most people. Afternoon cakes were amazing. Lots of storage space for Skis / Snowboards etc. Sauna & hottub nice to have. Would book again.

Had another fantastic alpine elements holiday in morzine. Visited summer and winter now. Always recommend to friends and family.

Thank you, all lovely. The only thing I would add is that there isn”t enough lounge space around the bar for the number of guests. With the outdoor space in the summer this would not be an issue, but in winter being able to relax after dinner is important and sometimes wasn”t possible. Could the smaller restaurant space at the rear be utilised to address this?

Everything was great, staff were friendly and knowledgeable – possibly could have been bit more engaging (maybe I m picking hair though!). ..Catering was good, liked the options each day. Basically really enjoyed our holiday and would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Anna was our host in Chalet Castor. She was by herself. Anna was absolutely amazing! Went the extra mile every single day. Brilliant cook, congenial host, lovely personality. A credit to your organisation! I ve shared with friends and some are considering a 2025 booking there.

Really nice hotel and staff, cosy, comfortable room with facilities and a balcony…Plenty of parking if you”re self travelling.
