Whole holiday experience was fantastic & exceeded expectations. I would particularly compliment Max & Ellen for their superb hosting service.

Another fantastic holiday back at morzine, we enjoyed even more this time. Staff, service, hotel fantastic. If I had to say anything that could be improved, would be few more vegetables with meals, (that were very good btw) and maybe a few changes to the continental breakfast just to mix up a bit, also would be good to have the lights outside as was nice catching up on the day with other guests but dark brought us in – but there could have been the reason. All very good on the whole and looking forward to coming back again. We all loved it. Thanks

All staff were great. Dan, Ea and Bruno were awesome in particular …..Loved having a pool. ….Really appreciate the efforts made to accommodate our Gluten intolerant guests….Wifi doesn”t reach our bedroom (room 16) which meant we had to pay for our data packages (not the end of the world tbh!)….Sofa bed in our bedroom was not comfy at all. Very springy/noisy/soft. Probably needs replacing. We had to move the mattress onto floor in order to be able to sleep…

Brilliant holiday. Loved the activities, the cosiness of the chalet and the friendliness/hel0fulness of the staff.

My only issue with the holiday was the logistics. I hadn t appreciated that we would have to make our own way to the activities, while I don’t have a problem with this some more guidance on how to get there (particularly lac Montriond) would have been helpful. We waited for over an hour for a bus that didn’t turn up and missed our allocated water activity slot…..The walking route guides provided in the hotel are a great idea but they do not provide anywhere near enough detail. We did the walk to the les gets one day from the Pleney but spent an hour at the top trying to find the start of walk an extra paragraph in the guide would have been all that was needed.

Amazing holiday only niggle was room was quite small particularly the bathroom. Food was amazing. Staff super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Fun activities. Kids loved it – a very happy family holiday

Really enjoyed our holiday.
For the paddle boarding it would have been so much nicer to group people with similar aged kids if possible. My daughter made friends with a girl in the Philibert but they were on a different day.

Fantastic holiday, the whole experience ran smoothly from start to finish and will definitely be rebooking in the future

This is our second year staying in Meribel with Alpine Elements, with a change in chalet this year. Haf and Saskia made the already wonderful Chalet an even more enjoyable stay for us with their great personalities and hospitality. We’d recommend staying with Alpine Ski to anyone. Thanks again!
