Apart from the bus being 20 mins late for white water rafting which made us late for the activity and consequently being rushed everything else was great, good value for money and we were lucky with the other people in the chalet

We had a super week in Morzine staying at Hotel Hermine Blanche – would happily recommend your holidays and would stay again. Staff extremely helpful and do their best to accommodate requests (Bex moved our high ropes activity to another day because of a medical reason – thanks!). Food excellent.

Our hosts Rachel and Pete were absolutely lovely.

We had an awesome week at Hotel Christiania. The food was sooo good as were the staff who not only made us feel very welcome but were a fountain of local knowledge. A complete credit to Alpine Elements. We were really looked after which is exactly what we needed.

Laura was so excellent. George was also very helpful. It was so hot and providing us with fans for the bedrooms was greatly appreciated. We had a great time.

Staff ( Ea and bruno in particular) were brilliant, really chatty and considerate which i needed travelling with a7 year old on my own. Answered the phone/ texts when i was stuck etc. grateful for the organisation of activities and someone being available every day. ….Location of the hotel was good although couldn”t make use of the childcare as much as i wanted due to the location ( although the staff did try to help with this but it made more sense to not use the childcare ) ….food, as always in a chalet holiday was lovely although a bit stodgy/ heavy for summer. ….pool was perfect….Want to book again for next year and also interested in the winter holidays, ….overall – a briliant trip for me and my daughter where we did so many activities in a wonderful setting! thank you!

Lovely staff, amazing food, great hotel, small with a super friendly atmosphere. ..Very helpful bike man (Yergen) who recommended rides for e bikes. ..We could ask any question and staff helped every time. ..We even asked for the music to be changed and it did!!! ..We had super good, plenty of choice every morning and evening with plenty to eat!!! Our son was full up! Lovely wine each night and plenty of options at the bar. ..The quiz night was good fun and brought everyone together. ..Overall, excellent hotel, prime location, great food, great views, well managed. Well done team Alpine Elements!!! ….

Many additional activities recommended by Alpine Elements are only open to over 12s. This was disappointing and hadn”t been made clear anywhere.
