Had a brilliant holiday, thank you. Really friendly and helpful staff, and a great package. Loved having access to a bike, all the activities , having someone to help with planning our days, its a really great set up and we’re very sad to be home! Thank you we had fun.

We had a fabulous week in Chalet Austin with Joe (our chalet host), Barbara (supervisor) and George (activity rep) the communication prior to arrival was great, the transfers seemless and we all (family of 8- 3 different generations) have made some wonderful memories. Thank you ⭐,️,⭐,️,⭐,️,⭐,️,⭐,️,.. I have recommended Alpine Elements before- we stayed in a hotel in Tignes in 2022 with my sister and her teenagers which was also a fantastic experience.

We were so well looked after by Amber and Chloe! Also Charlie was very good in the office pre trip.

The holiday was fabulous. The food was excellent on the whole. Overall excellent holiday, super hotel, fabulous and friendly staff.

Excellent team all around especially Amber and Chloe, keep up the good work.

Dan the manager, outstanding. Goes above & beyond to make sure you have the best stay, in fact all the team excellent, so obliging & helpful.

Grace was a fantastic host. Always smiling, positive and really helpful. The food was excellent every day. Great holiday and precious quality time with son.

Great time, great chalet. Food really good, Chalet girls altered menu for the kids as they were fussy. Hot breakfast not really eaten, continental was preferred by most people. Afternoon cakes were amazing. Lots of storage space for Skis / Snowboards etc. Sauna & hottub nice to have. Would book again.

Amazing chalet host in Pete and Rachel…Baguettes could have been better..Great chalet. ….

Dan, Thea and all the team were great. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A special mention to the chefs – all food fantastic.
