Had a fabulous time in Morzine Chalet Philibert the hosts Lenni James and Zade were fantastic so friendly and accommodating the food was fantastic we will return
Chalet was amazing for a large family group. Food was incredible and plentiful. James leni and zade looked after us really well. They were so accommodating especially with our children.
We stayed as a family of 15 including 4 children.
The food was amazing and plentiful and served every single day with a huge smile. Nothing seemed like too much trouble and Leni, James and Zade made us feel so welcome. They were knowledgeable about the buses, the resort and very helpful.
Thanks for an amazing stay. We hope to stay at chalet Petit Phillibert again

A brief note to say what a great ski holiday we had, and how impressed I was with Chalet Valerie in Tignes last week. The Chalet hosts Eleanor and Amalie could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful during our stay. When we arrived, the hot water pressure was very poor in our shower and whb, but this was very quickly sorted by a plumber and what could have been a negative became a strong positive. Thank you and your team for a great holiday – we have already booked an Alpine Elements holiday for next year.
Really helpful staff both before and during our holiday (shout outs to Poppy before the trip and Matt during the week). In particular Lilian and Maisie during the holiday were great as chalet hosts, looking after us in a friendly and effective manner. We also enjoyed the chalet (Chalet la Combe in Meribel), cosy as described but good for the extended family of 10 and in a great location for the skiing and with the good shuttle buses for getting around.
First class. I ve been with Alpine many times but this was the greatest. Chalet hosts company and cooking outstanding…Off to Morzine with you in January…
This was our second holiday with alpine elements and as the first time, the whole experience was brilliant. The resort team and hosts are brilliant. The food was very high quality. The chalet was perfect. ….We just wish you had more locations outside of morzine. We would love to travel with you again.
Absolutely loved our week. Hotel was fantastic. Staff were 5 star. Food was amazing (only one kids meal with incinerated sausages that were inedible), even our 9 year old loved the adult menu, my only issue was that no one told us we had wine included until the Wednesday so we spent a fair amount in buying it before that. Loved all of the activities. However I Wish we d know that the ?white water rafting? was more of a low grade float trip and we wouldn?t have opted out of it. Hoping to come back in a few years when the kids are old enough to trust on the roads on the bikes.
