Amazing team who go above & beyond to help you especially Dan the manager who is wonderful, nothing too much trouble. The free transfer from Geneva was a bonus & the chalet hotel is delightful with a real alpine atmosphere. Loved it when Dan lit a fire in the evenings. The food was delicious & the port & chocs after dinner were a lovely touch. Morzine is a charming village & the skiing in Avoriaz was great. Will definitely be going back to the Philibert.

Just returned from a week in Tignes. Great that there are still companies offering catered chalets and the food and host were great.
The company were also very helpful shifting the booking for a reasonable admin fee owing to a passport issue.
I would only criticise the size of one of our two rooms for being a little too small to easily get in and out of the bed so check the chalet plans when requesting your rooms.

A great company to book with. Our 2nd year with them for a fully catered chalet ski holiday. Toubkal Chalet a bit too small however – the communal area was too small for 12 guests ie kitchen, seating and table all in one not very large room. One bedroom was a fixed double and too small for that. Should be a single(which would at least reduce the max number for seating area) or maybe bunks at the most.
However, everything else was superb – food, location, hot tub, sauna and working boot warmers
The staff couldn’t have been any better, very attentive, all issues immediately sorted out and a credit to the company. As was Charlie who I dealt with when booking. Rosa, our host, was fantastic, friendly, chatty, great cook and an inspiration for our children too. Big thank you to her.
