Had a great week at Hermine Blanche. All the staff from bar, reception, childcare, dining, resort and hotel managers were outstanding. Polite, very helpful, professional, hard working and had such a positive energy… We were accommodated last minute after a flight cancellation with no trouble at all. Many thanks… The staff made our holiday particularly great… The entire team is a dream. You are very lucky to have found them all. Hold onto them!
I had a lovely holiday with my teenaged daughters and my parents. It was a perfect blend of activities and relaxing. The included activities were excellent and the multi pass is fantastic.
Great holiday, hotel staff friendly and professional. Menu and food very good. Lovely having the sauna, pool and jacuzzi to relax in at the end of the day. The inclusive activities were all good (rafting, paddle boarding and high ropes) and the Morzine active card also gave entry to mini golf, swimming pools and pedestrian lift passes. Would be good if the hotel had some padel rackets for use at the courts in Morzine to save hiring them. Pool table and table tennis table wish at the hotel. Enjoyed the evening quiz. More seating in the lounge/foyer would be good. All in all a fantastic family holiday, would highly recommend.

Ellena and Max at chalet Delphine were amazing 10/10. Super friendly and attentive to our needs. Made our holiday… George our rep was knowledgeable helpful and called daily to see if we needed anything. He took the stress out of our holiday as a large group. We will hopefully be up.
The Holiday was great. The Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. After injury I was offered a room on the ground floor which was a nice touch. Being only two options for each meal might seem limited for choice but the food was all excellent and I was never left hungry even after a full day on the mountain. I would have liked access to the ski store to dry wet clothes but we were lucky with the weather. ….We had room 11 which was quite small but the balcony was big. The location of the hotel was excellent, being next door to the main lift out of town and only a few minutes walk to the village centre.
None, all great. Really appreciated the transfer waiting for our flight which was slightly delayed followed by a long queue through passport control.
