Location

The Location

The chalet is 500m or an 8-10 minute walk to the few bars and shops of Les Prodains and the Avoriaz cable car, it’s a fantastic location for route one access to the heart of the Portes du Soleil skiing area.

You can also take the shuttle bus (50-100m from chalet) which is a 2 minute ride to the cable car and shops of Prodains. Alternatively, it is a 6-7 min ride to Morzine for more shops and bars.

You can ski back to the chalet under normal snow conditions along a gentle slope (slightly off-piste) which is more suitable for advanced skiers.

To start your day’s skiing it is better to take the free shuttle from close to the chalet to get to the main cable car (2 mins or 500m away)

Les Prodains has a few quiet bars and cafes, but the cable car is open until midnight for access to the restaurants and nightlife in Avoriaz.

The Catering

Included in our half board package is cooked and continental breakfast, afternoon tea with cakes and a 3 course evening meal with wine for most nights*.

Our hearty breakfast will coax you out of bed and set you up for the slopes each day.

On your return to the chalet after skiing, a freshly baked cake or biscuits will be waiting for you to enjoy with afternoon tea and coffee.

The evening meal is a 3 course dinner with complimentary and unlimited wine up until dessert is served.
