La Plagne

The Panoramique is a 4 diamond chalet, with (you guessed it!) panoramic ski slope views to die for! This property is of course ski-to-door and nicely positioned in the centre of Plagne Village which is the highest satellite in La Plagne at 2050m. You’ll find six en-suite bedrooms for 12-14 people and a hot tub and sauna for some added luxury. All-in-all, it’s a premium ski chalet with Route One access to the best slopes and in the thick of the action!

The Chalet

The Panoramique is a comfortable ski retreat with lovely chalet features like wooden beams and an open fireplace. It enjoys incredible views of the mountains, ski slopes and La Plagne which is laid out before you.

Plagne Village is a great choice for everyone: from families and beginners looking for easy doorstep skiing and a village atmosphere; to more advanced skiers, powder riders and snowboarders who want ‘Route-One’ access to the best slopes in France's 4th largest ski area

The Panoramique’s view of the slopes is perfect for checking the conditions in the morning as you tuck into breakfast; and then people-watching in the afternoon as you relax with a cuppa’ tea and a piece of chalet cake. Before dinner you can take a dip in the hot tub, or recuperate in our sauna to ease those weary ski legs. Your iGOSKI chalet host will prepare a 3 course meal for 6 nights of your stay which is always accompanied with plenty of complimentary chalet wine.

Layout

Six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, (most have views of the ski slopes around the chalet), an open plan lounge-dining room with more panoramic views from its sunny aspect balconies, a kitchen and TV-dvd, satellite, Wi-Fi, board games and ipod dock. Downstairs is a hot tub, chalet sauna and ski room with boot warmers. Most rooms can fit a cot. Parking nearby. The chalet does not have disabled access.

Location

The Location

Plagne Village is a very popular part of the resort, with ski to door access to many of the best slopes in the Paradiski area. All abilities can ski to and from the chalet and to start your day you simply need to cross over a small road and clip into your skis before heading down to the Bergerie or Melezes chairlifts. The Telebus ski lift is just 50 metres from the chalet and will take you directly to Plagne Centre for ski school meeting points, more lifts and a bigger choice of shops and bars. The Telebus runs until around midnight for a wider choice of apres ski bars and shops.

Plagne Villages itself has a small central area with restaurants, shops and après-ski with a ‘front de neiges’ where skiers can meet and have lunch or evening drinks.

Food, glorious food

A good day on the mountains starts with one very important meal. To kick off your day, we serve a hearty breakfast to set you up for all the snow you can handle.

Nothing beats a freshly-baked cake and afternoon tea when you get back in from the slopes in the afternoon and our delicious three-course meals with unlimited wine. About La Plagne

La Plagne is a snow-sure super-resort, with excellent glacier skiing for all levels. Choose from the Bellecôte glacier in La Plagne (3250m) or the Aiguille Rouge in Les Arcs (3226m). The Paradiski lift pass links these two neighbouring resorts to offer a large and diverse ski area, which is the 4th largest in France.

Try the 7 Km long run down from the top of the Aguille Rouge or explore the peaks of La Plagne, where you’ll find a seemingly endless supply of powder-snow, and some of the best (and longest) descents in France.
