The Hotel

Not to mention the additional facilities such as sauna, Jacuzzi, hay steam-bath, hydro jet, multi-sensory showers, steam room with starlit sky and fitness & relaxation rooms.

Algotherm treatments such as massages, body wraps and facials are available in the five exclusive treatment rooms and can be booked on arrival at special prices.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The large terrace or the comfortable lounge area are the perfect places to relax after a great day on the slopes.

The Rooms

The rooms in the Le Refuge des Aiglons are truly gorgeous and have been carefully tailored to recharge your batteries in peaceful mountain surroundings. There is free Wi-Fi in every room and they are all full ensuite.

Additional comforts include safe, minibar, flat screen TV with satellite channels (8 languages), hair dryers, bathrobes, slippers and a selection of toiletries.

Standard rooms are approximately 20m². Superior rooms are 25m² with added balcony and a comfortable armchair.

Location

The central location of the Le Refuge des Aiglons makes it the perfect starting point for skiers and snowboarder looking to explore the fantastic Chamonix and Mont Blanc area: the Aiguille du Midi cable car is just 200 metres away, the little train up to the Mer de Glace glacier is only 500 metres away and the chic & charming resort centre is a 5 minutes’ stroll away.

Getting around Chamonix is very easy and most places can be reached by foot. Alternatively, regular buses serve the entire valley and all ski areas, and are free of charge for lift pass holders.

You will also find the Mulets – free mini buses that make easy to get around in the city centre – departing every 10 minutes from various spots.

The Catering

This is one of our B&B Hotels, so evening meal is not included, but your day will start with a buffet breakfast to set you up for the day on the slopes!

Breakfast is included in our packages. With this option you get the chance to explore the local restaurants and the traditional culinary delights for your evening meals.

But if you don't want to venture out, the Hotel's Restaurant "Le A" is considered one of the finest in the valley and serves ‘simple and inventive’ dishes full of local flavours.

The hotel lounge bar is also a great choice and is well known for its innovative cocktails, tapas and reinvented snacks, including giant sandwiches, mini tartiflettes, fondue and soups.
